I bought her as a pet, but with breeding rights. Even before I bought her as a pet, I planned to show her. After showing for awhile, we decided to try her in the whelping box, hoping for a nice show prospect. We then searched for a stud to compliment her in as many ways possible to better the chances of just that. I had been watching a dog named Gambler, short for CH Raklyn's High Stakes of Ivylane while he was growing up. I fell in love with him throughout his show career. I came to the conclusion that he would be my choice for Cha Cha's stud. This breeding produced a pup who is now, Selbor's Bibidi Bobidi Boo, we call her Miracle! Her story is on her page. Cha Cha was bred once more, producing a flashy brindle bitch named Selbor's Wish Upon a Star-"Cricket" Her story is on her own page also. She will now retire from the whelping box and be our girl as long as the good Lord allows her to be with us. She teaches me each day how much love and devotion a Boxer has to offer to both family and welcomed guest. To this day, I know she still has surprises left up her sleeve! |
